Lockdown Fun With The DIA

Schools and churches, movie theatres and museums were shut down due to COVID-19 and I was missing my friends, teachers, and church family. My dad worked from home while home-schooling my two little brothers and I. My mom is a frontline worker so she was working full-time. Other than my family being around I was getting a little bored and lonely when the DIA issued a challenge called #RecreateDIA where people were invited to recreate their favourite works of art. So my family and I decided to take part in this fun activity. We put together a few costumes and then did a fun photo shoot and posted our recreations on Facebook. The DIA shared our family's recreations on their social media pages! This was a fun activity to take part in and I enjoyed having something fun like this to entertain me.
